Right To Sanitation makes an impact

Right To Sanitation has completed a successful year, where we have received commitment to construct more than 2400 toilets / urinals in 17 states and 2 union territories. In association with corporate partners and individual donors, CAF India has been steadfastly working to address the issue of sanitation in India. The campaign has received very encouraging response from our partners, donors and celebrities. Their givings have gone beyond building toilets in schools and households. We are in the process of improving the

campaign by incorporating an inbuilt component of maintenance, encouraging a sense of ownership in the users and ensuring sustainable use.

Thank you all for your support so far.

Media Fellowship programme

The Media Fellowship programme, which kicked off in June, is being received well by the media fraternity and the corporate sector. Our media fellows have brought to life wide-ranging issues such as sanitation, making CSR spending more effective, disaster rehabilitation and livelihood, promoting the culture of giving in India and payroll giving, among other relevant social causes. We are hopeful that these insightful articles will, in turn, help raise awareness and motivate society to give more effectively to the causes they associate with.
