 District and state governments have approached CAF India network of NGOs for immediate support in terms of food, blankets, tents and other relief materials. Our immediate relief plan is to reach out to 5000 households in an estimated time period from now up-to 6 months and provide each household with a Relief Kit. The kit will consist of -
• Standard Health & Hygiene kit that will include roller bandages, a pack of cotton, small scissor, antiseptic cream, ORS, pain killer, anti-fever tablet, sanitary napkins, water purification tablets, toothpaste, soaps, washing powder.
• Food Basket containing non-perishable items (Biscuits, Ration, Sugar, Tea etc.)
• Family Kit (Kitchen set, Bedding, Bukhari, Candles, Matchbox etc.)
• 4 blankets per family
• Solar lamp and tarpaulin sheets
• Shelter support (Repairs)
• Children’s education kits (Books, Stationary, School Bags, Uniform etc)
